Dr. Cordis was born in Brooklyn, NY and lived in Panama until age 6 when her family moved to Olympia, WA. Earning a full academic scholarship after high school, she studied biology at Philander Smith College in Little Rock, AR where she discovered she had a great passion for healthcare. Motivated to facilitate a more proactive approach to healthcare led her to obtain her Doctorate of Chiropractic in Chesterfield, MO. With a degree in Chiropractic & a Masters of Science and Rehab, Dr. Cordis relocated to Chicago to begin her practice. After a time, she made the decision to relocate to her home state of Washington to continue her practice.
In her free time, she enjoys a variety of sports and physical activities such as kickball and hiking. Learning to cook various dishes from around the world is also a preferred pastime, lending itself to her love of travel within her mainland as well as abroad. Aside from her adventures touring the world, she is continuously devoted to serving her community by volunteering her skills, time and heart to the Salvation Army, American Heart Association, VA Hospital, Seattle-King County free clinic and local free clinics.
